On the 14th August 1978 Celtic provided a testimonial game for their legendary manager Jock Stein. Although the visitors for the game, Liverpool, won 3-2 it was a very friendly atmosphere and of course a full house. This was the Celtic Park prior to the modernisation, complete with standing terraces including the "Jungle".
Through a mixture of courage, bravado and a brass neck, I managed to get onto the field with my camera. I should never have been there but I'm glad I was as I managed to get some shots I am happy with.
