The Miners Strike Ravenscraig May 1984

 This small collection of photographs were taken late in the strike and most of the violent scenes we had witnessed were fading away. The Yuill & Dodds lorries that transported imported coal from the Clyde ports increasingly became a target for those sympathetic to the miners cause and they would often come under attack en-route to the Ravenscraig works or at the gates.
